Privacy Policy

In a nutshell, I don’t ever pass on your information to marketing companies, because I’d hate that if it happened to me. I won’t try and sell you things that you don’t need, or bombard you with sales messages. That’s not my style.

I also do my best to keep your information safe – I have different passwords for every type of software I use, files with personal information on them are encrypted and my phone can only be accessed with my fingerprint.

In order to be GDPR compliant, I have received training in data protection. I have also registered as a Data Protection Officer. I have checked that the software I use complies with GDPR and I have carried out a data audit.

I sometimes use a Virtual Assistant to help me run my business. Any staff I use will be vetted by me to ensure that they too are GDPR compliant.

If you buy something from my website, then the data you provide, in order to make the purchase is stored on WordPress, via WooCommerce. I am the only person who has access to this information within mrsmojo.co.uk and I will never pass it onto a third party. This information will be deleted after one year, or for as long as you want access to the product.

If you make a purchase, you will be given the option to sign up to my newsletter. You can also sign up to my newsletter whenever you’d like a freebie that’s offered on my site. The information you provide to sign up to my newsletter, is held on Mailchimp. I am the only person who can access this information within mrsmojo.co.uk. This information is never passed to a third party, unless it’s a VA who is helping me out with my workload. You always have the option to unsubscribe. As soon as you unsubscribe, your data will be automatically deleted from Mailchimp. If you’re on my email list, then I use the information you provide to get in touch with you about interesting articles, videos, or news about products/services that may be of interest to you.

If you buy an online course, then your name, email address and password are stored on WordPress, using the Fastmember plugin. This information enables you to access the product you bought. I am the only person who can access this within mrsmojo.co.uk and I will never pass this onto a third party. This information will be held as long as you’d like access to the course/product you bought.

The information I collect enables me to complete your online purchases, or to keep in touch, to share news about my products/services which I feel will help you.

If you’d like to know what data I hold about you, or request that it is removed from the software I use (mainly Mailchimp, WordPress and Fastmember) please get in touch.

Coaching If you sign up to be coached by me, then I will make handwritten notes about our session. These may include personal information, but will only ever have your initials on them, to help protect your identity. This information will be stored in your file, in a locked filing cabinet. It will be disposed of securely, after five years.

Card readings and chakra clearing sessions If you receive an angel card reading/chakra clearing session from me, then I will write up a report with your initials on it. The report may include personal information. You will be sent a copy via email, or a link to the document, which will be encrypted and stored on my Google Drive. The report will be deleted after five years.
