Did you know that mums and their kids can have the very same issues to get over?
My coaching work has shown me that you put yourself down, don't feel good enough and feel like you have to change who you are to be happy.
But that's not true.
In order to be happy you have to know 'it's good to be you' and then everything else can fall into place.
I had three kids in the space of four years and in that time I lost a very close Auntie, I found a lump in my breast, I was told I'd end up in a wheelchair by the time I was 45 and I got pins and needles in my hands so bad I couldn't even hold a toothbrush or get my kids ready for school.
I've pulled myself out of the bad times by using all of my expertise as a Life Coach, Fitness Coach, Nutritional Advisor and Author. I can pull you out too.
Life can be good and you can be happy with who you are. It starts now. Your future awaits, so let's make it a good one!
Here's an example of who I've helped so far:
*Ella is 9 and was having angry outbursts. She felt like she had no friends at school and was taking it out on her family. Her mum got in touch and after just 4 sessions Ella knew what she was good at, how to calm herself down and how to make friends. I coached Ella's mum at the same time and she was able to keep calm, see the best in Ella and spend more quality time with her daughter.
*Cara is 17. She wanted to drop out of school because she was having anxiety attacks. Her mum approached me and after 13 sessions Cara realised that her current school wasn't serving her. She went to college and studied business, She's now running her own chocolate shop - something she's dreamed of since she was a child and her mum is helping her run the successful business.
*Sarah is 28. She came to me because she was worried about her relationship. After 13 sessions she'd broken up with her boyfriend and we'd mapped out a plan for her to follow her heart and travel. She's now living a fun life in Australia.
*Valerie is 38. She came to me after a bad relationship which left her feeling ugly and unloved. After 6 sessions she's realised that she's worthy of much better. She's got 2 gorgeous daughters and a man who loves her.
If you'd like to work with me on the personal issues you're facing then we can do that over the phone, online or face-to-face. Each session lasts around an hour and you choose how many you need with my pay-as-you-go option. It's ideal if you feel like you've got changes to make, but aren't sure what to do. I'll be your personal cheerleader, showing you what you want and exactly how to get it.

If you aren't up for 1:1 coaching then that's fine. I can still work wonders with an email! It's ideal if you feel like you haven't got the time for 1:1 sessions, or if you prefer staying in touch by email.

I only do 1:1 coaching now and then. I'm offering it right now because I feel like I can help some of you on a more personal level. I love giving virtual kick-up-the-bums, cuddles, being your cheerleader and helping you realise how fab you really are.
I've helped women discover that their relationship isn't serving them and have helped them identify what they want out of love and then find it.
I've helped women get out of a job they hated and find a job that makes them happy.
I've helped women get over their fears and empowered them to travel the world and have fun.
I've helped women get over low self esteem so they can be happy with who they are and what they have.
I've helped women find what exercise and diet works for them so they can finally love who they are.
I don't give up. I became a published author thanks to a chapter I wrote during my daughter's night feeds. I became a Life Coach because I wanted to help people, instead of reporting on their misery (I'm a former radio journalist). I trained as a Fitness Coach because I love to dance and want to inspire people to see exercise as fun. I became a Nutritional Advisor after I became addicted to Pepsi Max just after having my second son. I also love the Muppets, Wonder Woman and shoes.
Jaelithe is so supportive, knowledgeable and prepared. Her programme has given me confidence to do what I feel and be proud of how I look. My attitude has changed and so has my outlook on everything."
You're like the best friend any one could ask for on the end of the phone who happens to have all the answers.
