STEP ONE: Choose where you are now
STEP TWO: Choose how I can help you
I know this website is for kids and teenagers. BUT, you may have come across it in your search to help your teenager. If this is the case then I can help you too. I've worked with mums for over a decade. I had three kids in the space of three and a half years - I know how hard it can be. It's nice to get support when you need it.
I've found that the issues mums and your child have are the same. If you feel like your son or daughter needs more self esteem, confidence or self worth then it's likely that you do too.
So, if you need inspiration with exercise or eating healthily, you can read my blog or get help on my YouTube channel.
Emotions and self care are covered in my blog, YouTube channel and in my coaching sessions. I'm still offering coaching to mums because it's so vital that you learn what you need to in terms of confidence and self esteem. Why? You're your daughter's role model. They look to you to learn about feeling good about themselves. If you need more support then the VIP Fabulously Fit Bootcamp could be for you.
You can be coached by yourself, or with your son/daughter - whatever you feel you need.
Also - you can buy a copy of my book 'The Happy Woman: What You Can Learn from Kids, Dogs and Men' by clicking on the book's image below.
You can also get 'The Happy Woman: Fun Book'. A must to help you feel good about being you.
If you'd like my FREE Happiness Kit to help you and your children feel happier, just fill in your details below.
I'm Jaelithe Leigh-Brown, a busy mum to three kids - Koen, Torin and Eden. I used to be a journalist, reading the news on the radio and quickly realised I wanted to help people, instead of report on their misery. I studied psychology, trained to be a Life Coach, became a Fitness Coach and then, after having Eden, became a Nutritional Advisor and Author - writing a book on my smart phone during the night feeds. I then launched www.mrsmojo.co.uk to help teenage girls know 'it's good to be you'. Why? Because I've doubted myself, felt rubbish about how I looked and felt like the worst person in the world. My kids picked up on it and we were all miserable. I want to teach you what you need to know to feel that little bit better. Too many women like you put themselves down. That's got to stop. I want to make you feel better every day, so you can enjoy your life and be proud of who you are.
