Working with teenagers can be tough. Living with them…aah!
But as a parent, teacher or professional the best thing you can do for the teenager in your life is to keep your cool and show them that you care.
If you offer words of encouragement, they can be ‘seen’ as an attack on the teenager in your life, if they’re in a negative place.
Watch this video to see how I can help you, by helping the teenager in your life.
If you’re a parent, then I do offer coaching for you too. More often than not, the issues I help teenagers overcome are the very ones the parents are struggling with too.
It’s vital that you take time out for yourself. Do things that make you happy – yes you can! Please have some sort of release for the things that can build up in your life. My release is meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique and exercise.

You can’t help anyone, if you’re not feeling good about yourself. @mrsmojouk
For teachers and other health professionals, the same applies!
I know there’s lots of pressure on you to hit government expectations. The paperwork is mounting up and it feels like there’s no time left to do your job.
However, it’s important that you have a good work/life balance so that you can do the best job you can, without sacrificing your health, happiness and sanity.
With this in mind, I’m pulling together some resources to help you look after you. In addition, some resources to motivate the teenager in your life.
Please let me know what you need and I’ll do what I can to meet your request.
We’re in this together!
