We can all be happier. And sometimes the smallest changes can lead to the biggest impact.

I'm a busy mum of three and like all of us women, I've had my share of ups and downs. Lots of them!

Despite everything I've been through (a breast cancer scare, bereavement and being told I'd end up in a wheelchair) I've managed to stay happy.

How?

Simple changes to my diet, my lifestyle and my outlook.

Being happy doesn't have to be difficult or overwhelming. It doesn't have to take a lifetime to get there. I've learned that it's not down to your kids' behaviour, how clean your house is or what dress size you wear.

I want to tell you my story because I want you to be the happy woman you deserve to be. I want you to be that little bit happier every day. 

My story can help you know the 11 commandments to happiness and how you can apply them to your life. You'll find out what mistakes I made, so that you don't have to make the same ones. You'll get to do my life coaching exercises to find out what makes you happy and how you can get it. 

I mention kids in this book, but you don't need to have kids to read this book. The lessons in it are for women of all ages. It's my hope in writing it that I can make you that little bit happier.
