My story

I love a good role model and have been obsessed with Wonder Woman since I was a kid. Even now I have Wonder Woman high heels. (Yes, really!)

But then a few bad relationships at school with boys who cheated on me got me thinking that something was wrong with me. The looks so-called friends gave me when I was ready for a night out made me feel fat and self conscious. And then there was the usual bitchiness.

I let the comments and insecurities get me down. They were always so much easier to believe than the compliments. I was so low in self esteem. My confidence was non existent.

I felt worthless. I didn't deserve anything good to happen to me. I wished that I was different.

I was in my twenties when I started to get my confidence back. I read lots of books and tried out everything I could. Luckily, I wrote down everything I did.

In my thirties I did lots of training in coaching, psychology, diet and fitness and helped other women be confident too.

And do you know what?

I realised that everyone can be insecure and unhappy with who they are and how they look.

Your story

I know there's so much pressure on you.

You're expected to get certain grades at school, to find your own identity whilst fitting in with those around you and to be a certain size and look a certain way. It's madness! 

I care about you and want you to be happy being you. Sod everyone else! You're good enough being you. It's good to be you.

You have your own great gifts, your own unique look and your own amazing body to be proud of. I'd love to help you believe that.


What support do you need?

Here are three main ways I can work with you on your confidence and self esteem.

You choose what works for you.

Read. A book to read or fun book to work through. There's even my success journal to use. They help YOU find out how to be confident and happy.

Chat. I can coach you by email, video chat, over the phone, at my workshops, or at your school. My coaching includes meditation, yoga and life coaching. You'll end up knowing it's good to be you.

Listen and go for it. I've got fab meditations. They'll help you know it's good to be you. Oh and if you're about to sit exams then you need this to get confident and calm. OR you can buy this bundle to stop stressing!
