Dealing with teenagers can be tough

This website is for teenagers, but also for the adult in their life too. If you're a parent, teacher or health professional I'd like to support you.

How? I've got lots of articles which are relevant to you. I focus on feeling good and being happy. If you can do that for you, then those around you can start to change their behaviour too.

I've found that a teenager (and younger children) will generally mirror the issues of those closest to them - especially their mums. Confidence, happiness and self esteem in a mum will help build confidence, happiness and self esteem in your teenager. That's why I mention mums so much and why I focus on mums and daughters. However, I don't intend to miss out the sons, dads or carers!

There are three main ways I can help you

My articles, YouTube videos and resources are here to help. Let me know what you need and I can add it to the website.

I don't just coach teenagers. My youngest clients are 8 years old. I can coach adults too - alone, or with the teenager in your life.

'The Happy Woman: What You Can Learn from Kids, Dogs and Men' is available from Amazon. I'm also about to publish a Fun Book for women, kids and teenagers - all with the focus of improving confidence and self esteem.

Jaelithe Leigh-Brown
Happiness Coach and Author

About the Author

I'm Jaelithe Leigh-Brown, a busy mum to three kids - Koen, Torin and Eden. I used to be a journalist, reading the news on the radio and quickly realised I wanted to help people, instead of report on their misery. I studied psychology, trained to be a Life Coach, became a Fitness Coach and then, after having Eden, became a Nutritional Advisor and Author - writing a book on my smart phone during the night feeds.

I then launched to help you know 'it's good to be you'.

Why? Because I've doubted myself, felt rubbish about how I looked and felt like the worst person in the world. My kids picked up on it and we were all miserable. I want to teach you what you need to know to feel that little bit better. I want to make you feel better every day, so you can enjoy your life and be proud of who you are.

"Jaelithe is a skilled and talented coach who brings the course material to life with vigour. I would love it if Jaelithe could bottle or package her life force for others to draw on. She is a woman on a mission and someone who really can change your life."

Jane Smith

"Jaelithe is an excellent listener and has helped me set clear goals for the future."
