Each video will be on a topic that can help you manage your feelings, stress and confidence levels. You’ll learn the life coaching techniques I’ve been teaching for over ten years that can help you stay calm, focused and confident.

With each video you’ll get 2-3 ‘things to try’, but it’s up to you whether or not you do them. This is not about adding extra work to your ‘to do’ list.

You’ll also get access to a private Facebook group where you can ask me questions and get help from teenagers in the same situation as you.

If you’re interested you’ll need to be able to watch a short video just once a week – they shouldn’t be more than ten minutes (honest) and you’ll need a notebook to write in.
